This business makes a person associated to a company in an independent transaction approach. It is an approach where the company creates a contactor relationship to the person who wants to expand his business.
The members make their earnings based on the sales they have reached in that particular product or service. It also includes the sales of the person that they have recruited to join the business. Most of the time the individual who has recruited more members and provided a good sales output on the product compensate higher because of the effort to transact in two different fields.

Network marketing brings products directly from the company to the end user thereby eliminating middlemen and thus brings down the prices of products, making them more attractive to consumers. The networking business works because of effective word-of-mouth promotion among those who are not only within the network but also those who have connections outside of it. This explains why network marketing can reach a lot of grounds in a short period of time, and proof of that is the industry’s exceptional growth in the past years.

In the past business networking has consisted primarily of providing events in meeting places where women could connect with each other and hopefully discover ways to become more successful. Networking for women has really grown and that is good news. Now you can find support networks where you will learn key skills to help you start a business or expand an existing one.
Because women are seldom trained in what it takes to become an entrepreneur, there are always many different places they need to begin on this journey. Let’s just take a look at a few of the things women grapple with when they first decide to become independently employed:
Lack of Self Esteem
Women often under value who they are and what they are capable of achieving. Most of the time this comes from self-judgments created from their early childhood environments, including being raised in a culture where women are devalued in terms of their ability to be prosperous. Many women still live with a co-dependent mentality that says, “I can’t build a business on my own, but I could help my husband do it.” We have to ask the question, “Why am I standing in the way of my own success,” and begin the process of re-education.
